Spiritual Growth and Depression

We need to view spiritual growth and understand when stillness is needed and when deep stillness is awakened. It is spiritual contemplation of good deeds done and not-so-good deeds regretted.

Memories are awakened and there is a still time of communing with spirit, which is misunderstood as depression but which has another meaning of loss of not communing with the spirit world in order to raise oneself up to be in divine balance within and to have peace again.

So, depression is a form of healing. It needs to be viewed this way as a state of deep healing and rest time.

Prayers from your soul is advised in all hours.
