Her Holiness Alexandra did a blessing for a peaceful event next to the red rock in front of White Rock City Hall before the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic torch passed:
”May the Olympic flame that will come and pass through city of White Rock leave a warm ray of peace, kindness and compassion and bring from White Rock to the world an example of peaceful and harmonious living. Allow it to warm the hearts of all on its path to the Olympic stadium. May it spread good thoughts, good words and good deeds in the hearts of all mankind as it travels. May it uplift the masses into compassion and allow people to celebrate the peaceful competition of the Olympics. May the light from the Olympic torch keep on glowing around the world through the candles lit in White Rock, bringing a flame of peace and harmony to all.”
