In order to avert a full-scale nuclear disaster and lessen the risk from airborne radioactive contamination, it would be advisable to pour a liquid mixture over the affected reactors, which would then solidify and encase them. This does not exclude using a more permanent solution later but would dramatically reduce the risk now. Using cement presents a problem for it could crack under other earthquake activity. My suggestion is to create a mixture of liquid ceramics, lead powder (or lead pellets), resin and sand. A special long crane apparatus would be needed to position and drop the mixture in place.
Anything you can do to help me have this suggestion reach the right ears would be so very much appreciated. So many lives are at stake.
