To all those who follow my writings and teachings….
Those of you who have known me for many years are aware of the work I do and my intent to help all I can. For me to respond to those in need and offer spiritual guidance, soul education, insights on our past, present and future, or provide needed food, shelter and protection, is my joie de vivre (joy of life).
Lately though, I have been enduring a great struggle and it is taking a heavy toll on me, my health and most importantly on my work. Never would I have imagined at my age being homeless and living in a borrowed little van that can be called back by the owners at any time, leaving me on the street.
Today I am the one reaching out for help. If you can find it in your heart to help me get a place and move my belongings in, I will be forever grateful and have my faith in humanity strengthened.
The volunteers have very kindly started a campaign to help fundraise (http://www.gofundme.com/help_elder). I am very appreciative of this. However, my window to rise out of this situation is one week. So, I need help very quickly. If a miracle can happen, I would greatly desire to be off the street and moved by July 26th.
I am not one to ask for help for myself. But the shoe is on the other foot today, and while it doesn’t feel comfortable, I have no choice but to ask for my two little elderly Pekingese are dependent on me and the small van is hard for them. They need a patch of grass – a place to stretch out – and not be confined to the van. We all need a home. I am so grateful for anything you can do to help me rise out of this disaster so that I may continue my mission in life and be there for the people during the pending times of great change. To those who have already helped, please accept my heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.
