Open Letter to Prime Minister of Japan Re: Solution to Japan’s Nuclear Disaster

Open letter to H.E. Mr. Naoto Kan, Prime Minister of Japan

Dear Prime Minister,

I am writing to you from the office of the Saoshyant, Her Holiness Alexandra H.  She has a message she wishes to forward to you:

“I would first like to extend to you my heartfelt prayers and blessings for those who were so tragically lost in the recent devastating earthquake and tsunami and for all survivors who are dealing with the aftermath, physically and emotionally.

As with so many who are watching events unfold with regard to the nuclear reactors damaged by recent events, my concern is great for the people of Japan and for countries and oceans around the world where fallout can occur.

I offer the following solution to you.

In order to avert a full-scale nuclear disaster and lessen the risk from airborne radioactive contamination, it would be advisable to pour a liquid mixture over the affected reactors, which would then solidify and encase them. This does not exclude using a more permanent solution later but would dramatically reduce the risk now.  Using cement presents a problem for it could crack under other earthquake activity.  My suggestion is to create a mixture of liquid ceramics, lead powder (or lead pellets), resin and sand.  A special long crane apparatus would be needed to position and drop the mixture in place.

The 90-year-old chemical engineer I spoke with who worked in the nuclear field for 30 years understands the premise I have laid out.  I am hopeful that you will consider my suggestion for it could save many thousands of lives, today and in years to come.

With great respect,

H.H. Alexandra H.”

Sincerely,

K.Carrington,

Build a higher wall 75 feet high and 25 feet thick to guard the nuclear power plants. 18 feet is too low. water can get over 18 feet walls becuse the wave is 45 feet high. This keeps the energy systems going. Close down nuclear plants because earthquakes will cause leaks.Hurry before its too late.
