A Personal Plea for Help

With integrity, I am pleading to all.  Please, I am coming to you all and ask all of you if you have the ability to respond to my call for some help.

Please, I have never had to plead for help for myself but I am a 74-year-old who became victim of ICBC (the government-overseen British Columbia auto insurer).

I was not that well off before and struggled financially but I was happy I could help the planet and humanity through my radio show and the guests I interviewed, plus through my videos, blog and writings.  Thank you for the wonderful comments and thank- yous that I received from all of you.

My life ended up in real hardship after the accident three years ago.  Many of the volunteers there before the accident stayed, hoping I would be able to go for treatments and that ICBC would do what is right.  Instead of that ICBC did almost nothing.  Some volunteers went to other countries to give assistance to those in need.  I also sent others away to places of safety to set up for the future.  A skeleton number of volunteers remained to assist.  We stopped our radio show but have had so many requests for it that we promise we will be back as soon as we can.

I wasn’t going to tell you about my accident miseries but many asked what was going on and they told me that I should tell all of you and make you part of the not-so-good things that have taken place because of the auto insurer and the injuries I sustained that have brought so much hardship for myself and others.

So, upon urging from some of the volunteers who have given help as they could, I have come to you to ask if you please are able to give a helping hand to keep everything going for the planet and all those who are so happy with what we offer for free.

Maybe too just a little help so I can maintain the medicine I take on a daily basis and come through this hardship that ICBC seems to create for so many here.  There is no settlement in sight since they play these games with people and wear them down until they are in horrific debt and suffering, which is all needless when you are the victim.  The victimization is so painful.  In the last three years all I received from them was less than $100 and only two months ago a chair that four different doctors had asked for over these past three years so it could support the damage in my back.

I’d like to thank you so very, very much for your kindness.  I wish I did not have to ask but I had great trust that this would have been settled by now.

I would so much like to go to Brazil for surgery since the kind of surgery I need is not done here.
